The purpose of this blog is to present a convincing argument against the practice of animal cruelty.
Most of the animals found on the street are abandoned by their house owners, the bulk of those animals are either cats or dogs. With reference to abandoned dogs, those animals who are not managed, end up reproducing breeding puppies that are not desired and so are assaulted through the neglect and are left alone to suffer within the cruel world of roads.
The tough conditions that street animals go through are major issues in animal welfare these days. Nearly seventy fifth of five hundred million dogs are out on the road. The injuries suffered from fending for food are rarely treated. Tumors, infection of skin and open wounds are usually found on the road animals that go untreated and cause nice suffering for the bruised and unattained animals.
Preventing animal cruelty is in all of our best interests. Studies have shown that cruelty to animals is a sign that other abuse is taking place in the home. Those same studies show that children who witness animal abuse are at a greater risk of becoming animal abusers themselves.
Preventing animal cruelty is no easy task, but together we can make great strides. You can contribute by:
- Understanding the signs of animal cruelty
- Knowing animal welfare laws
- Advocating for animal rights
- Adoption
NEVER BELIEVE THAT ANIMALS SUFFER LESS THAN HUMANS. PAIN IS THE SAME FOR THEM, THAT IT IS FOR US. EVEN WORSE, BECAUSE THEY CANNOT HELP THEMSELVES.

Wow.. that’s real good work you both gals are doing.
I suggest.. go through animal cruelty rules/acts in India… study them and make a simple version that a layman can also understand..
Be Good Do Good.. keep it up.. all the best..

I was just looking for this information for a while. After six hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your site. I wonder what’s the lack of Google strategy that don’t rank this kind of informative sites in top of the list. Generally the top websites are full of garbage.
